Samsung Intercept - can't use add call button during call

Whenever I call somebody and try to make a party, the add call button is always dark so I can't add the call. Need help, is there an app I need to download to use the add call feature?

i haven't actually tried this yet, but here's an answer i found on the samsung forums: dial, press send, when your party answers, put them on hold by pressing send again, then dial the 2nd party and press send, when they answer, press send again to conference. i don't know if virgin mobile supports more than a 3-way conference call, but if it does, you keep repeating the dial, get answer, put on hold and dial again steps until everyone is on line then press that send button a final time to conference.

prior to installing/downloading the fryo update, I was able to do a conference call. Now that I've added fryo. I can no longer add call during a call. Also, before the update I was able to start entering a phone number and a list of my contacts would appear so that i could choose the one i wanted and not have to dial entire number. now that doesn't work either Urghhhhh!!! Is anyone else having this same challengers, and if so have you identified a solution. Please share! Cry
