I have had my phone scence apirl for the most part I happy with it but sometime it wil go into airplane mode for no reason and the onily way to get it out is to reboot by taking the battery out and put it back in can anyone tell me why it does that what to do about it setting say it is not in airplane mode but when I try make a call it says take it out of airplane before make a call
I have been having the same problem. I notice that whenever I don't have any service and I am roaming my phone will not find service again. (At my house where I know it has service). I then go to shut it down and I notice that the airplane mode is on. I also have to either shut it down and/or take the battery at as well. I have also taken to my local Sprint store and they have just reset it back to the factory settings, which has not helped. I have only had this problem since I downloaded the upgrade to 2.2. I have also noticed with this phone that it is slow and freezes a lot. Also, at least once a day it will not allow me to end a call.
