Hello, I have been using the Samsung intercept for a few months now...I upgraded it to the latest version awhile back.

Lately I have noticed the touch is extremely slow...and inaccurate...I believe this is a software problem. In the RAM Manager 138/160MB are used....

The ONLY apps I installed are Advance Task Killer.

PLEASE help! :[

The phone is working fine without touch, it's a HUGE pain to navigate without touch!!!

When's the last time you took the battery out and rebooted it?

yes, I agree robert. This is quite ridiculous.  I only have a browser and yahoo mail synch running, and I constantly have to use atk or some other app to kill processes that auto-launch.  I moved all apps to sd card but this has nothing to do with internal 'swap' space on the phone. Sometimes I can get up to 50mb free space but it often drops down to < 15mb which makes the phone veeeeery slow.  I expected more from a $200 phone.   If anyone knows how to address this I would love to know.

It's a little problem with 2.2 its a bit slower than 2.1 in some cases because all the cool feature and customization. You gotta break 2.2 in a little bit, use it a bit more so it don't feel shy. Go to the bottom, my post http://www.samsunginterceptforum.com/general-samsung-intercept-discussion/vm-froyo-running-slow/ Please reply and thank me so I know how it works.
