Hi, I just recently purchased this Samsung intercept through best buy :
http://www.bestbuy.com/site/Virgin+Mobile+-+Samsung+Intercept+No-Contract+Mobile+Phone+-+Dark+Gray/1409226.p?id=1218255995990&skuId=1409226&st=samsung%20intercept&cp=1&lp=1

I've installed the following drivers from the samsung official website :
http://www.samsung.com/us/support/downloads/virgin-mobile/SPH-M910CAAVMU

Yet, when i connect it to my PC, via USB, I get an error for the F drive :

When i try to update the driver for F:/ I get this following message :
http://i39.tinypic.com/mhw0ia.png

Can anyone help me to solve this?

When i try to open the F:/ through My Computer, The window goes unresponsive.

Uninstall the driver using Revo Uninstaller (free version, left column). When you uninstall the driver, in Revo Uninstaller be sure to use the Advanced Mode so you can get anything that may be leftover in Windows Registry.
http://www.revouninstaller.com/revo_uninstaller_free_download.html

When you're done with that, reboot windows. Then redownload the drivers (just to be sure the previous downloaded files did not get corrupted), and reinstall them.

After you have reinstalled the drivers:
1: Turn off your phone.
2: Plug the phone in to your PC via USB
3: Turn on the phone

Theoretically this should force an update to the drivers you just installed and everything should work properly. If not, try steps 1-3 again only this time use a different USB port. If this fails, then I'm unsure how to help. :(

not sure if your fixed yet, however, here's my 2 cents....

What NoNameFace, is saying is darn good. sometimes those drivers, dont truly getting "uninstalled" fully, and/or correctly.

reboot phone proir to hooking to pc....just for a fresh start

also...PROIR to connecting to PC... "click" stay awake while charging, PLUS (same page) "click" USB Debugging folllow steps below
Settings...Applications...Development...make sure you have "green check mark" on the USB debugging as well as Stay awake....again,  all before hooking into computer

on the phone...AFTER hooked to PC....check that this is all hooked up correctly. Meaning Phone can/will commicate to PC...Check your Notifications, you should have two different new notifcations, 1 for USB connected/in use 2nd is for the debugging. both have different Icons

NOW>>> if you have both Icons, you are alomst done.....if you dont, STOP, because they are not commicating propperly either phone, or PC .....IF you have both Icons...open notifications page, "click" on the USB debugging....you phone will ask again, and it will be on it's one page with android icon....when you press that, now, you PC can and will see your SD card as drive " F:/ " per your example

1-Reboot phone
2-Usb Debugging & Stay awake "Checked"
3-Plug into PC
4-Press debugging icon
now you can see an control your SD card.

hope this helps you out
