Not Receiving Calls

The day before yesterday, my phone stopped receiving incoming calls. I have a Samsung Intercept through Virgin Mobile and tried calling VM about it.

First they told me to try taking the battery out for 15 minutes and then replace the battery. Didnt work.

Called back and the guy had me go through all the setting on my phone. No issues there.

Anyone that might know something that a customer service rep reading from a script might not know would be greatly appreciated.
