Facebook app

I didn't find any general discussion on this, hopefully there wasn't one already.

Does anyone else have problems with the Facebook for Android app on the Intercept? I feel like on my phone it is virtually unusable and has been that way since sometime late last fall, maybe since December at least. I'm not entirely sure whether the problems started after a particular update and are related to the update, or whether it is simply because my phone is not that new anymore (it was already used when I bought it but it worked fine at first).

Most of the time the Facebook app will take ages to load any content, or it might simply freeze and generate the force close message. I can spend an entire 15 minute bus trip waiting for the app to start working, force closing and restarting, etc, so I've mostly given up on using it and will only try if I'm really bored. Sometimes it loads, but not often.  Most other apps work well, they might have to be force closed occasionally but at least I can use them. I'm really just curious whether anyone else has similar problems with it, or is it just my phone.
