Issue with Open Home

I downloaded Open Home 6 and it installed, I downloaded the Iphone skin it installed.


I go to apply iphone skin and it says Open Home Unlock key needed. So I go to the Market Place purchase it and try to download it and it says it's downloading but it never really downloads.

I go back to the market and it does say I purchased it. Then I double check and try to add the skin and sure enough I try to apply , it says "this feature is locked you must have unlocked key installed"

What can i do?

I went to my apps in the market found the app clicked the purchased button again,pressed ok. It says item will be downloaded. It shows me the downloaded icon in the top left and that is all.

I open OPEN HOME 6, click more and then click apply skin.

Then it says:

"The feature is locked,you must have the unlock key installed to use it,do you want to download it from the android market"

The Android Market only takes valid credit cards or debit cards. It is my understanding that your topup monies are used for your monthly phone plans and are not used for apps.
