Help,

With the new operating system on Intercept, i can't download music from computer to phone or pictures from phone to computer.  i used to "mount" the SD card via USB cable.. that option doesn't appear now.  It says something like USB Connect, but then nothing happens.

How do I downloas/upload from Intercept to a Windows XP computer with the new operating system ?

Thanks,  billy

I also have this issue.  I just take my sd out and stick it in the computer.

If you've got a wifi router on your home network, you can use the File Expert app to transfer files over wifi, which I find is much simpler than fooling with usb cables or cards since I don't have to open any tiny ports in the phone Smile.

And if you don't have a wifi router, there is always Dropbox or FTP.  Wink
