I just thought I'd throw this bit of information out into the world. I stayed away from droid phone for so long long in part because there was no simple way to sync outlook. I refuse to upload my information to gmail. I havn't completely tested the calender yet to see if alarms will go off. The contacts synced just fine. Unfortunately the pictures didn't sync along with the contacts.

Is where you need to go. Download Android Manager via the market and a program that is iTunes for Android for your PC.

Huh? What does this have to do with Syncing with Outlook? I too am an Android newbie from years of Windows phones and am VERY frustrated so far with the Intercept. Any help you can offer for preserving syncing, outlook, whatever would be most helpful!

Thanks :)

As long as you have a wifi router click on the link that I put in my original post. That page has detailed installation instructions. Once installed at the very bottom of the page it has a link to a pa ge showing you how to use the software.

Android & Iphone phones suck when it comes to Outlook.

true but i refuse to upload anything to google or facebook's network. Their network reads your emails and pulls information.

I'll definitely switch over to a windows phone is virgin mobiles get it. This is my first none windows smart phone. The fact it's so troublesome to sync with outlook is a deal breaker. However I can't beat the $25 a month value of it. So ill put up with it because it beats playing $100 a month for the same package.
