So I am new to Android, and I just bought the Samsung Intercept about a month ago. And like a kid in a candy store I polluted my new toy with useless apps and files. I want to just completely wipe my SD card and phone and start fresh. but I am having problems reformatting my SD. The option to format it on my phone is faded out and doesnt do anything. I tried connecting the SD to my computer by both directly plugging it into my PC and by connecting it through USB connect through the phone. Neither will work. The PC does not recognize nor load the SD. Please any help?

I do and check this forum out from time to time, but most i am over at another site.... If you are still having issues, I have many Q's
1 do you have custom recovery?
2 when you say you hook it to pc, do you have the drivers for the phone?
3 do you have the ADB downloaded on the PC

On  CMO1 (recovery) need to go scroll to "wipe" then from there scroll to sdcard...wipe. If useing any Ext2/4 need to wipe that as well.
also, what do you plan on doing with the phone from here? ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE DOING> you could factory reset, and then put on custom ROM...for what you are wanting out of the phone...

shoot back at me, and I will try and help
