GET READY EVERYONE!!! HERE IT COMES!!!

I've read a few of these custom 2.1 threads.  I turn into a deer in headlights, similar to my girlfriend when I was explaining how I converted my car from an auto to a manual ;) 

Funny enough, I've got a Treo 650 flashed w/ a custom 700 ROM, but it seemed much easier since I had Palm Desktop which requires only a single button to copy EVERY single setting, calendar, app, text, contact, etc onto my computer.  The first time I did it, I had a fellow member get onto IM w/ me and he walked me through it, but after that it was cake.
