I downloaded it and loaded it andit worked while I had used z4 root before so, HAH! To the author. My Experience: At first it was buggy but I liked the new colors. Downloading on the market worked but would not install, for 2 apps. After 3 reboots (I like to take battery straight out instead) it started to work right and I noticed market downloads are 1.8 times faster, new features in browser, out of 66 apps only like 6 or 7 didn't go to sd card, broswer speed is 0.2 slower, new colors for EVERYTHING, 4 new apps with froyo, all angry bird versions work also angry frogs, and havn't seen MiFi yet.

There were a bunch of free memo downloads from the market. I installed Wizard Memo and it seems like a keeper to me.

I just installed wizard memo, but it crashes every time I rotate the phone from portrait to landscape (or vice versa) while it is running. If I leave it in one orientation while using it, it works OK.

Anyone find the camera sound control with 2.2 update? I can't find where to turn it off.

I just downloaded quick setting for mobile hotspot, but when I try to connect the laptop to the network I need a password; and I CAN'T get to configuration page of mobile hotspot to see or make password. Help, please don't just read, but too reply.

Downloaded Quick Settings myself to see what you mean and I get the same. Found this over at sdx forum...

Last post says VM set their own pass phrase, to intentionally disable hot spot feature. Bastards!

I did some research before you posted, and I found it's disabled unless you hack the wireless network password in network form, but now I'm using Easytether and it doesn't brake anymore it can stay on for hours. Now, with 2.2 also I can use Easytether unplug and replug without rebooting and booting time for the the phone is 1.5 times faster; Thanks 2.2,I love you(I'm a Android I can't love lol, but I can still laugh). Also with Go Launcher 2.2(not sure if on the built on home havn't tested) I can rotate lanscape style(without using the keyboard), portrait style, and upside down.

Yep, I can confirm EasyTether works now with 2.2. I am posting this reply using VM 3G via EasyTether to my PC. So cool. ;) Now I don't have to worry so much when Charter turns off my account for late payment, lol.

Being able to use easytether with phone disconnecting is amazing and if the pphone accidntly unplugs I can just plug it back in without rebooting the phone, it's amasing.

I agree. Hopefully they won't catch on to that and send out an update to disable. ;)

Also, I noticed major battery drain with 2.2 and had to start managing running apps and services diligently to get back to normal battery use. It's no big deal if you know how to manage, so if anyone is having battery drain issues I recommend browsing the tips and tricks forum here on SIF.
